Processing. Orders are packed and shipped within 2–4 business days. You get an email with tracking when your order ships.
Free shipping. Shipping is free on every order, worldwide. The price you see is the price you pay — shipping and sales tax are included.
Customs and import duties. International orders may be charged customs duties, import taxes or fees by your country. These are set by your local customs office and are paid by you on delivery, unless checkout says they are included.
Tracking. Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Wrong address. Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us before the order ships. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address can be re-sent at your cost.
Lost or damaged parcels. If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact hockad333@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier and send a replacement or refund.
