Refund & return policy

Returns. You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be unused and undamaged, in their original packaging.

How to return.

  1. Email hockad333@gmail.com with your order details and the item you want to return.
  2. We reply with the return address and instructions.
  3. Send the item back within 14 days of telling us. Items sent back without asking us first will not be accepted.

Return shipping. Shipping to you is free. You pay the cost of sending a return back to us, unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or not what you ordered.

Faulty or wrong items. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the problem. We will replace the item or refund you in full.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Customers in the EU and UK. You also keep your legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
