1. Who we are. This website (the "Site") is operated by Project NeverDie ("we", "us", "our"). "You" means anyone who visits the Site or buys from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Checkout and payments. Purchases are completed on Whop's secure checkout. Payments are processed by Whop and its payment providers, and their own terms also apply to your payment.
3. Products. We describe our products and show colours as accurately as we can, but screens vary. Product availability is shown on the Site and may change at any time.
4. Prices. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time before you order. Prices include applicable sales tax, which Whop calculates and pays to the tax authorities. Shipping is free on all orders. Payment is taken when you place your order.
5. Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, a price was clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you get a full refund.
6. Returns, refunds and shipping. Our Refund & return policy and Shipping policy are part of these Terms.
7. Acceptable use. Do not misuse the Site: no attempts to hack, overload or scrape it, no fraudulent orders, and no use that breaks the law.
8. Our content. The Project NeverDie name, logos, designs, artwork, product photos and lore stories belong to us. You may share links and screenshots for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell or reuse our designs or content without written permission.
9. Disclaimer. The Site is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
10. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
11. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. If you are a consumer, you keep any protections given by the laws of the country where you live.
12. Changes. We may update these Terms. The version on the Site when you place an order applies to that order.
