What we collect. When you buy, Whop's checkout collects your name, email, shipping address and payment details so your order can be paid for and delivered. We receive your name, email and shipping address to fulfil your order. We never see or store your full card details.
How we use it. To process, ship and support your order, to send order and shipping updates, and to meet legal and tax obligations. Marketing emails are only sent if you opt in, and every one has an unsubscribe link.
Drop list. If you join our drop list, we store your email in a private Google Sheet and use it only to tell you about new drops and restocks. To be removed, email hockad333@gmail.com.
Rank sign-in. If you sign in with Whop to see your rank, Whop shares your Whop user ID and username with us. We use it only to count your orders, show your rank and create your personal discount codes. It's kept in a cookie on your device for up to 30 days; signing out removes it.
Site visits. To improve the shop, we count anonymous visit steps (for example: opened the product, tapped Buy now) together with where the visit came from (such as Instagram), the country and the type of device. We use a random visit ID that lasts until you close the tab, and we don't store names, emails or IP addresses for this.
Who we share it with. Whop and its payment providers (to take payment), shipping carriers (to deliver your order), and authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data.
Site analytics. Our site is hosted by Whop, which may record visits (such as pages viewed and device type) to measure traffic and keep the site secure.
How long we keep it. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires; other data is deleted when no longer needed.
Your choices. To access, correct or delete your personal data, email hockad333@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Payments. Payments are handled by Whop under its own privacy policy.
